How do I know if my order has been shipped??
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the USPS site. To track the order, click on the tracking number provided in the email 24-48 hours after you receive the tracking number for an update.
Sometimes tracking does not update right away. This does not mean your order has not shipped. It simply means the post office has not scanned the package. Please allow up to 5-7 business days (USA) for your order to arrive after you received the tracking number. International orders may take 15-20 business days to arrive. If this time has passed, and your order has not been delivered, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
At times, you may receive a tracking number after normal business hours or during the weekend. This means your order has been processed and will be shipped the next business day.
If you have not received an email with your tracking number after 3 business days, please check your junk/spam inbox then contact us. Shipping emails are sent to the email address you entered at checkout when placing your order. Please be sure to enter the correct email address at checkout.
Also, please be sure your mailing address is complete and correct (including apt and house numbers) as we may not be able to change your address once the order is completed. We are not responsible for incorrect address entries and cannot replace your order as a result.
What shipping method do you use?
We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). We offer first class standard shipping to the USA (5-7 business days). International orders may take up to 15 business days or longer to arrive. You may track your order by visiting www.USPS.com.
The US Postal Service does not guarantee the delivery date and time of your package for standard/ first class mail. First-Class can take 3-7 days longer than normal to deliver during the holidays (especially during the month of December). SWL Collection is not responsible or liable for any US Postal Service errors during transit, including damage and loss of package, theft and for any “reasonable” delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames.
Once your local post office marks your package as delivered, that is the status we go by. If your package was marked delivered but not received, please inquire with your local carrier, as we we will have no further information on the status. If you wish to have your package insured to protect against theft or lost packages, please let us know so we can charge the insurance fee prior to shipping.

How is my order processed?
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, after normal business hours or Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Most orders are processed with 24-48 hours after receipt. Longer delays may apply depending on volume and time of year. Your confirmation email from SWL Collection will indicate an actual processing time frame.
Orders are processed and shipped 1-2 business days after it has been placed. All orders to U.S locations are shipped First Class Mail through the United States Postal Service which takes 3-5 business days within the US. Orders going to international locations outside of the US are shipped via Priority Mail may take longer to arrive, so please allow up to 15 days.
Web Push notifications
Web Push notifications are automated customer alerts that are delivered via web browser platforms to subscribers for the purposes of marketing. They are functional across a number of browsers and operating systems.
The Company ensures that all subscriber lists remain private and confidential. The Company will not sell, rent, loan or invite external access to a customer's contact lists. Nor will Company themselves use customer's contact lists for any purpose.
Use of information collected
The Company shall not distribute, circulate or pass onto any third party any of the information that is collected through the licensing and use of the product. All information gathered will be used only for the improvement of the product or services and the betterment of the customer, and will remain private and confidential.

Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final, we do not issue refunds or credits on orders. If you wish to make an exchange for a comparable product (in price), you may do so within 10 days of your purchase. You may send your unopened items and package back to:

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to mail your package and your items(s) must be unused and unopened with the seal in tact. Opened or used products with broken seals are not eligible for an exchange.
